It was passable but I wouldn't return! Positive: The location was good Negative: The room was so small it was not possible to fit a suitcase in. The bathroom was very small. Carpet was not clean and the bed was tiny. You can hear the people above using the toilet in the night and I felt it was overpriced for what it was. Very basic, we had a back room with no view other than a dirty roof.

Positive: Right on the High Street with local public parking near by and the cafe underneath Negative: Rooms are a bit cramped for the price so didn’t feel it was good value for money

Positive: Good location excellent food and service. Negative: A little outdated and no A/C

The smallest room we have ever stayed in combined with abnormal room policies. Positive: Location, clean, modern interior Negative: The room was far too small , check out time of 10am was ridiculous as was the £20 surcharge for a late check out. The ridiculous back to front procedure of placing a please clean the room sign out before 10 am to receive clean towels, coffee tea and breakfast oat refresh. AI generated responses for customer service that did not make complete sense.
