Morleys Rooms #5

We are regular visitors to Morley’s as we find it so convenient for visiting our family. Positive: So well located and convenient for us for visiting family who live close by. Check instructions are very clear and helpful. Negative: Maybe a slightly bigger shower would be great.

We have been twice in recent weeks and the same amazing service both times Positive: Everything and the staff Negative: Nothing

Great spot for an overnight stay Positive: LOADS of really clear practical information ahead of check in, including that there was a free public car park less than a five minute walk away. Text information received and links to an app with all the info we needed was sent on the day including access codes for the door. We werent expecting fresh orange juice and porridge to be left, and more than the single tea bag most places leave! A really nice touch, Also loved big fluffy white towels, USB plug sockets on both sides of the bed and their own personalised toiletries. Pricing for a last minute night away was excellent, and we would definitely stay again. If you are staying, do book in for dinner, it was excellent with lots of local (and seasonal dishes). Negative: My own slight, and it is very slight grumble, is there wasnt a mirror to do my hair in the bedroom, and there weren't any bedside lamps. But that is a minor thing really

Positive: Convenient location Negative: Access instructions were unclear resulting in me not being able to access the listing for a number of hours due to the contact phone number I called umpteen times not being answered… After a number of hours of me still unable to enter the property & continuously trying to call the assigned agent, I eventually received a response & apologies for the unacceptable lack of prompt response & was finally resolved

Superb Positive: Location , very clean room and very comfortable bed.
