5 Stars all round
Positive: Having the Bistro with excellent food and service coupled with a room to stay was very special. An exception way to celebrate my wife’s birthday with close friends that also stayed. The staff were all very good and breakfast was equally special. 5Star easily. Thank you

Overpriced for what it is
Positive: Good location, free parking not far away, decent size room, nice view, nice village close to Brighton and Gatwick
Negative: Bed wasn’t very comfortable, chairs didn’t feel sturdy, very small shower cubicle, overpriced for what it is.

Negative: Rooms are a bit cramped for the price so didn’t feel it was good value for money
